Pickle Farming Community 

My project will focus on all ex-convicts, young offenders, the homeless, and new graduates since they all have a common problem, which is to find work. Since no one wants to employ them regarding their history or experience, It’s my profession to find these people and allow them to change their life around, they will simply help me to build this farm by constructing the all the pickle huts, and overtime designing the farm and brand of the pickles. The most important part of this process is to build their confidence and social behaviour since a lot of these people are ignored on daily basis.
